01 Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or doing business with Global Food and Spices, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorised to enter into a business agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
02 Our Services
Global Food and Spices is engaged in the import, export and supply of spices, turmeric and selected agricultural commodities to importers, wholesalers, distributors, food processors and international buyers.
- We operate as a business-to-business supplier, not as a retailer to individual consumers.
- Product availability, specifications and prices may change without prior notice.
- Images on this website are illustrative and may differ from the final product.
03 Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
- Enquiries sent through the website are non-binding requests for a quotation.
- An order becomes binding only after both parties confirm a written quotation, purchase order or contract.
- We may decline any order or enquiry at our discretion.
- Quantities, minimum order sizes and quotation validity are stated in each quotation.
04 Payment Terms
- Payment terms, advance amounts and credit periods are agreed in writing in each quotation, purchase order or contract.
- Accepted payment methods will be stated in the quotation. Bank charges are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payment may lead to suspension of supply or work, and to interest as agreed in the contract.
05 Quality and Specifications
- Materials are supplied to the specification stated in the quotation or purchase order.
- Minor natural variations in size, colour, aroma and pungency can occur in agricultural products and do not by themselves make a product defective.
- Any quality or quantity claim must be raised in writing within the period stated in the contract, with supporting photographs and sample details.
- We are not liable for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling or use after delivery.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Global Food and Spices unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute or use it without written permission.
07 Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under that transaction.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
08 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform where it results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, war, epidemic or supply-chain disruption. The affected party must inform the other in writing within a reasonable time.
09 Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hisar, Haryana, India. Both parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion.
10 Changes to Terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
